Date: 2008-05-02 03:06 pm (UTC)для меня очевидно, что когда что-то становится очень большими могущественным (в данном случае, пищевая индустрия), то теряется здравый смысл и мораль и начинается коррупция и обман. проблема с органической едой, имхо, не в том, что с самой идеей что-то не порядке (жили же люди тысячи лет), а в том, что она становится объектом интереса пищевой индустрии. пример - скандалы с молоком Horizon.
