Ground beef, try to get it as lean as possible, frozen peas and carrots, brown rice and thicken everything with oatmeal if it's runny. sprinkle with garlick powder, it's great for flea control. Never add onions or salt. Freeze in bags. Feed that once a day, the expensive dry stuff for the other meal. I still have a couple of bags in the freezer :(
